Mr Michael Quigley is an experienced director, senior business executive and former engineer. He has extensive corporate, financial and governance experience across the public and private sectors.
Mr Quigley has held several senior executive roles in the telecommunications sector including serving as President and Chief Operating Officer of Alcatel and as the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the NBN Co.
His qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons 1) and Bachelor of Science (Mathematics/Physics) from the University of New South Wales. He is currently an Adjunct Professor, School of Electrical and Data Engineering at the University of Technology, Sydney and a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering.
In 2022, Mr Quigley was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for his significant service to the telecommunications sector and to education.
Mr Quigley is also the Chair of the ANSTO Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
