Mr Andrew Carriline is an experienced senior business executive, commercially astute and highly skilled at operating successfully in regulated environments. With a background in governance, risk and financial management he has managed through some of the most challenging risk situations in the banking industry, including during the Global Financial Crisis.
After a long career at Westpac, Mr Carriline now directs his extensive experience working with “for purpose” organisations supporting technology innovation, financial inclusion and business development in Pacific Island nations, through roles in the ‘for profit’, ‘not for profit’ and government sectors.
Mr Carriline is a non-executive director at the ASX listed Kina Securities Limited, fintech organisations Rich Data Corporation and Shaype Group, the not-for-profit International Centre for Democratic Partnerships, and is Chair of the registered charity, the ICDP Foundation.
Mr Carriline is an admitted solicitor in the State of New South Wales and has practised corporate law in the public, private and corporate sectors. He holds degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of New South Wales, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company of Directors, and is an accredited coach, facilitator and mediator.
Mr Carriline is the Deputy Chair of the ANSTO Board.
