Mia Lock

Mia is in her second year of Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Wollongong. She has worked at ANSTO, in the first cohort of the engineering cadetship program, since July 2024. She has worked on the ILWICI project (designing a nuclear waste storage facility) and now works at Australian Centre for Neutron Scattering on multiple projects involving the maintenance and improvement of various neutron beam instruments.
