Meg is an engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from the Australian National University, where they specialised in material and mechanical systems and biomedical systems. During their studies, Meg had an immersive exchange year at the University of Sheffield in the UK, focusing on materials science.
For their honours research project, Meg worked on materials characterisation of microplastics with the CSIRO, which deepened their understanding of approaching open-ended problems. Currently, Meg is working as a graduate mechanical engineer at ANSTO, contributing to exciting and unique projects. Meg's passion lies in engineering, and they take pride in being adaptable and capable of taking on challenges in various engineering domains.
