Role at ANSTO
Keith is a Senior Beamline Scientist at the Infrared Microspectroscopy Beamline. Keith has worked at the Australian Synchrotron since 2011 and holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Monash University. His research interests are in the development of hyperspectral imaging and multivariate statistical analysis methods for synchrotron molecular vibrational spectroscopy and microscopy as tools for biological and biomedical research.
Keith has published journal articles and book chapters in diverse areas of research including the electrical properties of materials, pulsating variable stars, computational signal correction and applications of synchrotron microspectroscopy for the study of DNA, cellular biochemistry, malnutrition, heart disease, malaria and various cancers.
