It's Electrifying Workshop
Date: Wednesday, 15 January 2025
Time: 1 pm - 4 pm
Ages: 8 - 14
Resistors, transformers, LEDs, ICs, capacitors – get your buzz on and learn the language of electronics as you snap components together to create light shows and sound jams and even launch a couple of flying saucers!
In this half-day workshop, kids will use snap circuits, the LEGO of electronics to make projects that capture how electricity and electrical components work together to make things happen.

Additional Information
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the workshop at the ANSTO Discovery Centre to sign-in.
- Workshop includes a recess break outside (weather permitting). Please bring a bag with sunscreen, snacks/ food, a hat and drink bottle.
- All workshops are delivered by accredited educators with experience in science, engineering, programming and robotics.
