Jacky’s primary responsibility is maintaining and developing the RF systems deployed in various accelerator systems on site to meet the current and future needs of the user community.
Jacky started his career as RF Engineer in 1991, joined a world pioneer group in developing solid-state power amplifiers. He then progressed to be a system architect in wireless communication, specialised in Tropospheric Scatter Communication and Satellite Communication systems. In the second stage of his career, Jacky moved to sales and application development in technology field, this exposed him to broader market and technologies, from deep sea to aerospace, from academy to scientific research, from mobile communication to high-speed digital, etc. After 10 years in sales and marketing, Jacky decided to come back to engineering field, he then worked in manufacturing of broadcast equipment such as filter, combiner and antenna.

- University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Bachelor of Science in Microwave Engineering.
